I used this software tool and blocked the expiring period until ....
Use runasdate for :
C:\\Program Files\Rockwell Software\Studio 5000\Launcher\Launcher
and
C:\\Program Files\Rockwell Software\Studio 5000\Logix Designer\ENU\v21\Bin\LogixDesigner
It works for me.
The only problem is that at every start you'll see the expiring period window...click OK and works...

How do you configure the Runasdate?
I tried but it seems it's not working good, perhaps the cause is the configuration.

I managed to activate factorytalk activation v3.51 (CPR9 SR5.1), but I Have problem finding RSwI032.dll for RSlogix 5000 and DLL file for RSlinx. Can somebody send me how to link to activate those?

Its says to hexedit the files.

If you are not sure how to hexedit files best to leave it alone.

That's nothing to do with hex editor utility software.If I am not mistaking, FlEXnet licensing its another utility software to transfer license files from/to server. I used it in ORCAD and Mentor Graphics to activate License, but that was provided by ORCAD and Mentor Graphics.

the flexlm is part of Factory Activation Software 3.51.0.0040
When you install the 3.51 it uses the 11.10 flexlm.

You don't need to download flexlm or understand why the flexlm is 11.10.
Its just the version used in 3.51 version.

In regards to Studio 5000 V21.0.0.0, after activation, If I wand to add programms(eg. RSlogix 5000 Emulator v20.01 (CPR 9 SR 5)), Do I have to Hexedit flexsvr.exe at address E4D0 again?
I know that I have to change the values at the offset address FC319 from 34 02 to 30 90 in the file RSEM5K32.dll, and finaly copy and past Quote Portion in to the FtaSystem.LIC
I noticed the serial Number (SN=8283999999) in "Quote section" is deferent and irelevent in what I entered during installation, how did you come up with those?
Is this genarated by Rockwell software?
Would you please post the alteration of the FtaSystem.LIC for RSlogix 5000 Emulator v20.01 (CPR 9 SR 5) for me.

Does RSEmulate V20 work with Studio 5000 V21?
Remember this is a new product.

Try it and let us know.

I would just follow the instructions as listed.
Patch the dll and insert the correct lines into the license file.

Studio 5000 will work with Rslogix 5000 emulator v17 and up. I was just about to install Rslogix 5000 emulator v20 today
when I came upon a problem.

I was using Studio 5000 V21 for three days it was working fine. Today it giving me the error:

Sounds like you haven't patched the DLL/EXE files.

Check the FTA manager to see if it is loading the licenses and has them available i.e. 10 in the column.

In FactoryTalk Administration Console, I clicked "Local" istead of "Network" for Select FactoryTalk Directory.
Now I see 10 Licenses. Right again.

I am trying to activate RS Studio 5K and have patched all the files as in your post but I still cant get it to work.

I have noticed that the FactoryTalk Activation is 3.60 not 3.51 and that RSLinx is also 3.60 and the offsets don't match when I do the hex edits

Any help would be appreciated
