The v31 patch doesn't work as it looks like there are missing methods in the patch DLL that is needed by the newer version of FTA/FTS it installs. After that go to local C. There is a hidden folder called Program Data. Then RockwellAutomation folder and after that FactoryTalk Automation. Delete RNL files and you have 7 days again.
