Just like in every other RS product replace 34 02 with 30 90. Since the hex editor doesn't search in the hex values but searches in the text, notice that before you replace 34 02 with 30 90 the text is f;4 So if you cannot find the hex value in the dll search for f;4 and it will direct you to the required address. Same works for all Rockwell DLLs (RSLinx, RSLogix, etc.) Have fun. Also don't forget to make back-ups and that the best way to replace any files is in the Safe Mode. After a long time away from this installations (university and work consuming my time), I started to try again and successfully installed all softwares I wanted. This time I started by RSLogix 5000 v20 (more needed now). My last try (that I came here asking), I started installing FTView and now was mi last software installed. 1-Now I started installing FTView by SE version (that installs ME too and I didn't know). I did this because I only see here instruction to active SE but (as sad) this also installs ME. GREAT!!! 2-Some softwares I used the old evrsi keys (RSEmulate, RSLogix 5 and 500) 3-Was REALLY necessary to comment the initial part of that file ".lic" (the part of the evrsi and/or activation). ONLY after this, my SoftLogix 5800 worked (and probabily some others softwares installed after this). But, I have a question: I see here only instruction on how to activate RS Networx Ethernet. These instructions will work fot DeviceNet version? I only need this software now and didn't install because don't know if will.... Thanks all who helped me all this time and was very patiente.
