Select the Help > EPLAN Download Manager menu items. The operating system opens a safety prompt. Click [Yes]. The EPLAN Download Manager is opened. Select one of the following options: Download from EPLAN download area and install: The files with the Help systems are directly copied via Internet to the download directory of your computer, unzipped and installed in the EPLAN program directory. Download from EPLAN download area: The files with the Help systems are only copied into the download directory or into a different directory that can be set via [...]. They are not installed in the EPLAN program directory. This option is helpful if your Internet access is, for example, deactivated or restricted and your system administrator has to initially download the installation packages from the EPLAN download area. Install from folder: Determine the file path in which the installation packages are stored in your network in the field next to this option via [...]. Then, the files with the Help systems are installed in the EPLAN program directory. If on installing you do not have installed these folders that means something goes wrong with installation.. Try to install again...as Administrator ..
