I watched some youtube tutorials on this topic and noticed that:
1. If I install "HASPUserSetup" from the Patch folder sent by you, the eplan is still not activated, instead In "Device Manager" MultiKey64" does seem to be installed ok.

2. If I install "HASPUserSetup" as I saw on youtube from the folder Eplan -> ELM ->Services... in "Device Manager" "MultiKey64" "does not seem to be installed ok, and when I want to update the driver it gives me an error. You can see the steps followed in the pictures below
At this point, if I want to open the Eplan, I get to the last picture (2e).

| Copy in C:\Windows\System32\ the content of Multikey and install there as admin instal.cmd . |
