I can't thank you enough, not only for providing the solution, but also letting me witness first row what a great code artist you are in the process making all the magic happen.
Even with difficult code you kept going & digging until you found the problem.
My utter respect for your skills. Thumbs up 
I can only recommend SHKODRAN to everyone as a nice thrustworthy guy.
