I am using win Xp SP3, I have installed XBTL1000 v4.5 and VD6.2 and registered.
While installing 'Switch From XBTL1000 2 Vijeo' receiving error message
"No compatible version of Vijeo-Designer has been found on your computer. You must install Vijeo-Designer 5.0.0 SP1 or higher" and installation is getting aborted.

I have uninstalled VD6.2, install VD5.0.0, and tried, but receiving same message. Now I have reinstall VD6.2 but same message is appearing.

I have running plant XBTF032110 display is defective and need to be replaced, please help in converting the project

Hi,

It says "Vijeo-Designer 5.0.0 SP1 or higher" but in fact you MUST have Vijeo-Designer 5.0.0 with SP1 and nothing else.

However I've tried this converter and I don't find it interesting.
I can look at your XBTL1000 project if you agree. If it isn't too big, I can do the job.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the uploads.

I installed Vijeo Designer 5.0, then SP1, XBTL-1000 4.51

I downloaded Switch_to_VJD.rar and from here I installed the "Switch from XBTL1000 2 Vijeo.exe" and after some failed attempts to convert a project, I also installed MBX Driver Suite, from the same archive.

With every attempt I make to Import a dop file in Vijeo Designer, I get the same error message "XBTL1000 has stopped before end of information extraction.

Can you help me with this? Thank you!

The XBTL 1000 application was created on what XBTF terminal?
What OS do you use?
Do you have .NET1.0 and 2.0 SP1 installed?
Re-install the conversion tool after all VJD update or upgrade..

Or open the existing project with XBTL1000 and change the target type to XBTN401.
Save the file as a "dop" file and open it with the new software (Vijeo Designer Lite)
Of course some conversion on drivers must be adapted afterwards..

The Switch2VijeoDesigner Conversion can only migrate XBTL 1000 applications created on terminals XBT F to Vijeo Designer applications for use on terminals XBT GT/GK and HMIGTO
For product line XBTE013010, XBTE013110, XBTE014010, XBTE014110, XBTE015010, XBTE016010, XBTE015110, XBTE016110, XBTE016010M167
the suggested replacement for the XBTE is HMIGK2310.
But keep in mind that XBTE project can not be converted over with Switch2VijeoDesigner to the HMIGK2310.
It does require a reprogramming of the application to the new replacement with a different programming software package.
That's why you get error..
