My OS win7 professional 32bits SP1,i have installed WindowInstaller 4.5,Microsoft Net Framwork 4.1.Can you help me to solve that problem.

Go to Control Panel ->Program and Features.... and on the left windows you'll see... Turn Windows features On and Off...
Click on it and a Window features will appears...
Click on Check Boxes to install features...
Windows Net 3.5...and others....

On the second link worked.
I do not know what happened.
