here a exemple of a working runtime 2014R2 (V4.1) lic files but its only for 5k and 3k tags :

As you said, I ignored the error in ArchestrA License Manager and opened the ArchestrA IDE.
I got error message:
License: Failed to retrieve information from the FS A2 Development license. Either the FS A2 Development license is not available or it has expired.
By the way how do you use the license?

It's hard for me to help you because I dont have a project to test lic file.
So remove all lic file from license folder except wwsuite.lic and run then give me the result, after remove wwsuite.lic and put your archestra.lic alone and run and give me a result. then use my archestra.lic and run then give me a result. |

After i removed the wonderware.opt file, it worked but with no runtime feature just like development license...but the view work under it ...so I don't think its a problem
