Hola por favor,necesito licencia de intouch 2017U3SP1.quero estudiar un proyecto con fines educativos pero no me deja.me aparece LICENSE COULD NOT BE ADQUIRED.

Cause:
The problem is related to the update of the Windows operating system, which appeared on December 13, 2022. The update affects the .NET components used by the AVEVA product installer and prevents the correct display of the control containing the license agreement and its acceptance.
Solution:
A detailed description of the solution can be found on the Microsoft website in the knowledge base article KB5022083:

As described in the above article, download the PowerShell script prepared by Microsoft and run it using administrator privileges. After applying the script, run the AVEVA product installer again, which should now display correctly.
Attention!
The article KB5022083 also provides an alternative solution to manually modify the entry in the system registry, however, the manufacturer strongly advises against using this method due to the potential security risk. Use only the method that uses the PowerShell script kb5022083-compat.ps1

To install the compatibility workaround, follow the steps below.
Download the PowerShell script
Open a PowerShell prompt as an administrator
Within the prompt, navigate to the directory where the script was downloaded
Run the command within the prompt: .\kb5022083-compat.ps1 -Install
Alternate Workaround
If the first workaround does not resolve the issue you can use a registry entry to disable the enhanced security behavior. This should only be done if you know for certain that all XPS documents your system processes are trustable, for example they are generated by your system, rather than uploaded to your system, and they cannot be changed by anyone. Do not turn off the functionality if you accept XPS documents from the internet, emails from external entities or other untrustable sources.
To disable the enhanced security behavior run this command from an elevated command prompt:
reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Windows Presentation Foundation\XPSAllowedTypes" /v "DisableDec2022Patch" /t REG_SZ /d "*" /reg:64
Alternatively, you can use Group Policy to create a REG_SZ entry with a key name of HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Windows Presentation Foundation\XPSAllowedTypes, a value name of DisableDec2022Patch, and a value of *
This disables the enhanced functionality machine wide and should only be used when you can fully trust all XPS input into your systems. |
