I dont know why ? i dont know if i need to disablea service or what ?

Try to install directly from CD/DVD ..you do not have any files from the setup shared on VM

Thanks i found some notes regarding :

On my system is a process s7oiehsx.exe running at almost 100% CPU time.
What does this process do? How can I prevent it that it is running 100% CPU
time?

and i solve

Look at this : http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/s7oiehsx/226307/
There are more sites with information just google: s7oiehsx.exe

On Siemens forum they solved the problem in Windows using "MSCONFIG" and in the tab "Services" uncheck the Service "SIMATIC IEPG Help Service".
It this working for you?

s7oiehsx.exe is not harmful for your registry?
