Hello,
wanted to add a new user and discovered the following problem

User Administrator does not exist in the navigation panel.
All existing users created are gone.
Have only empty page

But I still can login.
How do I fix this?

Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools ->Computer Management
On Local Users and Groups check Properties for Siemens TIA Engineer
If you are logged as Administrator you have to see Administrators Group
If you are logged as a different user Add to the Groups of Tia Engineer
