Greetings.
In a project WinCC V7.0 is considered to monitor a process in a Schneider De lux control system which communicates via two TSXETY110ws with two WinCC operating stations. Each OS is considered to connect to both Ethernet modules and read variables from PLC in a redundant way. For each Ethernet module one driver is created in MODBUS TCP/IP protocol in the WinCC. How can I synchronize the tag read by these drivers? |

If I understand you have two WinCC OS Server Stations with redundancy.
That means every WinCC station read data from PLC and the syncronization is between the two WinCC OS Stations, meaning if one is broken down the other takeover the entire functionality. Syncronization is not made at the driver level.
If you have a picture with your network then maybe could be useful to explain. |

| Dear strike, this project is not WinCC redundancy project but in the WinCC OS I have two identical driver connections which are assumed to be redundant. Each PLC has two network modules and these modules are connected to the OS in order to create a redundant communication. So the problem is how to make these connections redundant(master and standby), like we do in Software redundancy for Simatic S7 Protocol Suit, but for the Modbus TCP/IP. |
