look what you have to do
Install TIA+WinCC Proff. V13 SP1 with all updates and then SP1 WinCC Runtime Proff for V13 with all updates.

When Install WinCC V14 profess the runtime is upgraded automatically.

For installing WinCC Runtime Advanced and WinCC Runtime professional V13 SP1 and V14 proceed as follow:
Step1. For WinCC Runtime Advanced V13 SP1

Now you have installed WinCC V13SP1 including RT.

Step2. For WinCC RT Professional V13 SP1
a.- Download RT Professional V13 SP1 from the links in Service Pack 1 for SIMATIC WinCC V13 (TIA Portal)

b.- Proceed:

WinCC Professional V14.0 cannot be operated in parrallel with the currently installed version of "WinCC Professionar or WinCC Runtime Professional" Please revome "WinCC Professionar or WinCC Runtime Professional" in order operate WinCC Professional V14.0

Maybe in SIA2ini of TIAV14 WinCC Installation you have to avoid verification of V13 installation Try: and Modification are with two indentation of blanks

After that, there is another issue, compatibility between SQL Server, V13 work with SQL2008R2 and V14 works with SQL2014, if you want install V14 you must remove SQL2008R2 ...
