I am trying to unzip ( with peazip) the wincc rt professional and it is not working.

If you are talking about Step7 Basic I already put a response..

Please indicate exactly the topic on forum you are talking about..
Try to use WinRAR (search on this forum) or 7-Zip http://www.7-zip.org/
because as I know Tia Portal WinCC V11 SP2 has not password...
