https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/attachments/109750366/SIMATIC_WinCC_IndustrialDataBridge_V74_SP1_Upd1.exe

Before install make a notepad file with text
Code:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Siemens\Automation\_InstalledSW\IndustrialDataBridge_V7.4.1\Products\SEBU_IndustrialDataBridge]"TechnVersion"="07.04.01.00"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Siemens\Automation\_InstalledSW\IndustrialDataBridge_V7.4.1\Products\SEBU_IndustrialDataBridge]"TechnVersion"="07.04.01.00"


and name it as IDB741.REG.
Run this IDB741.REG to add these lines to registry.
Then install SIMATIC_WinCC_IndustrialDataBridge_V74_SP1_Upd1.exe

if do not work then do Click Start->Run->regedit
WinCC IndustrialDataBridge V7.4
1.Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\
Wow6432Node\
Siemens\
Automation\
_InstalledSW\
IndustrialDataBridge_V7.4.1\
Products\
SEBU_IndustrialDataBridge

and add manually Var: TechnVersion Val: 07.04.01.00

2. The same for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\
Siemens\Automation\
_InstalledSW\
IndustrialDataBridge_V7.4.1\
Products\
SEBU_IndustrialDataBridge
WinCC IndustrialDataBridge V7.4

Then everything is ok.
