WinCC flexible SMART V3
Language: Chinese and English for WinCC Flex SP3
System requirements: Windows XP
WinCC flexible Smart enables the development and debugging mode Runtime Simulator projects for Siemens Smart line of the operator panel on the basis of SIMATIC Windows CE.
It supports the operator panel: Smart 700, Smart 700IE, Smart 700IE V3, Smart 1000, Smart 1000IE, Smart 1000IE V3
Language - only the Chinese, but the menu items are similar to the usual menu items (European) WinCC flexible.
WinCC Flexible Smart can be installed on one operating system, along with the English WinCC Flexible 2008 SP3
The distribution of the autentic file is changed InstData \ Setups.ini, so that the installation can be completed also in the Russian language and the operating system in Windows XP (default only Windows 7, but the distribution includes installation .NET Framework 4.0, which is supported by Windows XP). This requires support for Asian languages () to run the program.

Hello.I want to use wincc flexible smart v3.I try to install it in windows xp but says me that it needs windows 7 sp1.I also tried to install it to a laptop with windows 7 professional sp1 64bit with Taiwanese unicode and after a friend translated the message it says that ''the below installation requirements are not met''.Is there a solution for this problem?
For the record I have a siemens touch panel smart 700 IE V3 the program of it and I want to make some changes.

WinCC flexible SMART V3 general information

The window username and installation path do not support Unicode characters. Please use ASCII characters.
Data and alarm records
TXT is the only supported data and alarm log storage format. Data and alarm records in CSV compus are not supported.
Data and alarm log file names only support ASCII characters. The file name defaults to English.
If the file name of the integrated project contains Unicode characters, the file will be marked as invalid. In this case, the compiler will display an error message.
Changing the recording language in the Device Settings editor is currently not supported, otherwise the text of the log file will be lost. Do not change the default settings for the Initial Language.
Record path name
The record path name only supports ASCII characters. No Unicode characters are supported for any record path.
The default path contains Chinese characters. These must be replaced with ASCII characters.
Data record import and export TXT is the only supported data record (recipe) import and export format.
Import and export of recipes
Recipe import and export are not possible if the recipe override dialog is automatically closed. |

Do not use unicode..install eventually the WinCC Flexible 2008 SP3, SP5 English and then as Administrator install Smart3
