I have installed WinCC 7.4 SP1 latest update
Just download Update 1 for WinCC WinCC/Calendar Options V7.4 from
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109768241/update-1-for-wincc-wincc-calendar-options-v7-4
and install.
Everything works.
