Download from Siemens runtime SP1 for v13 and see how to edit sis.ini for installing

I apologize, i'm not so smart
in order to have a Wincc RT pro for a runtime pc hmi, where can I find the link, i found links for wincc pro 13 or update for runtime. Is it enough download an update or I've to find the base rt?

regarding link upon still confused, i also need base win CCRT Pro v13 to instal next level Win CC RT Pro v13 SP1. could u give me link for download that, somebody in this forum...thx |

Install WinCC RT Professional V13 SP1 as below procedures. No more confuse.

After download SP1 from above links
1) Open SIA2.ini in folder \InstData\Resources\
2) Search [Terms] section
3) Modify as follow and then install directly
