If Import Export option Greyed Out in Outlook, there are a few reasons. If you're using the trial version, upgrading to the Pro version might help. If your Outlook data is damaged, you can try fixing it with the built-in tool or other tools like Advik OST Converter. Sometimes, company rules set by administrators might be the cause, and updating Outlook is a good idea. Language settings can also be a factor, so adjusting non-Unicode language settings might solve the issue. Checking these things can help you fix the problem of import and export being greyed out in Outlook.

This tool will export your Outlook emails into different file formats including PST, PDF, CSV, EML and many other formats. The software will export your data directly from your Outlook profile into your system. Try out the demo version of this tool to analyse its working process.
