I try to install the following package
HSP_V11_0003_001_S71200_GPRS-CP.isp11
but gives following error
The Support packages cannot be installed because essential requirements are not met
the following reguirements are not met:
- product not installed: Siemens Simatics step7 basic 11.00.01.00
have simatic step 7 pro V11.00.00.00 43 06 00 05 |

1.)to install Step7 Basic 10.5 SP2 from the following link..

how can I update a soft hardware in portal 10.5 ?
there are apparently no possibilities |

Hello,
there are some big updates on that field...sorry..
It supposed to install a library in Step 10.5 but the link is not available...disappear....
So ....download example projects for V11 from here...where are libraries..

then download Teleservice Basic from..
http://plc.myforum.ro/telecontrol-server-basic-vt2473.html
and hope everything is OK.
