Hello,
How can i add a web page in TIA PORTAL V13?
I have seen that the older WinCC Flexible had a tool to add a box where you can open internet pages. How can i do this in TIA PORTAL? |

It's not about how to add a web page.
You need probably to have a webclient for viewing through Internet to a webserver.
Make a project with a PC and add a WinCCProf
Add a screen and set Properties to be seen on Web
Then start Webnavigator from HMI Tools and follow instructions
Put the IP address as above on IPV4 and start Runtime as Server.
If you have the second computer just put a fixed IP with the last group different ex 169.254.177.249 and Connect to the Server.
Attention to Firewall configuration and Network Settings.
Import on your Client the Screens you put as can be seen as WebPage.
Read carefully the Help System because it gives you some important Hints.
In images above you can also see on Server running IIS Services the WebNavigator Site you've created.
Remember that for accessing from Client the pages from Server this (the Server) must be on Runtime
Read carefully the Help System

@kaka that is great and i could use it for something else and might be a start for what i am looking for.
Is it possible to make a window in the HMI that uses the StartProgram syntax automatically when the runtime starts? |

How can you have WinCC pictures on a WinCC/Web Navigator Client adapted automatically to the size of the browser window?
You can have scaled display of the WinCC pictures in the client's browser window so that they fill the whole area of the browser window.
Follow the instructions below to enable scaling of the WinCC pictures.
On the client you can enable scaling by means of either the Active Server Page "Project.asp" or the Active Server Page "MainControl.asp".
Procedure for changing the scaling with "Project.asp"

Web Page Configurator for the ET 200SP AI Energy Meter ST
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109475285/web-page-configurator-for-the-et-200sp-ai-energy-meter-st
For the evaluation of the performance data of electrical loads that are connected via ET 200SP AI Energy Meter ST to the distributed I/Os, web pages are generated by a tool and displayed on the web servers of a S7-1200/1500 controller.
With the help of the ET 200SP AI Energy Meter ST it is possible to record and display the electric performance data of connected electrical loads. However, it is often not desired to use a dedicated operator panel but a common PC with web browser.
The S7 1200/1500 controllers have a built-in web server that can display user-defined web pages.
With the help of a free tool, the "EnergyMeterWebConfigurators" and an adjusted block library you can configure web pages that are in tune with your plant configuration with the connected loads via the energy meter. After downloading the HTML pages onto the controller, you can access the pages with a web browser via the Internet and retrieve the consumption data of the connected nodes.

Why is there no automatic reconnect between a Web Navigator client and the Web Navigator server via a firewall or a proxy server?
Remedy
Disable use of the ICMP ping via a Registry Key on the Web Navigator Client. For this you install the attached Registry Key for operating system. You can find out the operating system of your computer via "Start > Control Panel > System (Display: Small Icons)".
64-bit Operating System
In the directory "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Siemens\WinCCWebNavigator" set the "ICMP_Ping" to "no".

32-bit Operating System
Set "ICMP_Ping" to "no" in the directory "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Siemens\WinCCWebNavigator".
