A soft starter 450 kW rating is used for pump operation. We encountered a problem with the Undervoltage trip. Three-phase balance 300V at the output (Load) side but the three-phase power supply is good.

Has someone encountered a similar problem or any idea or suggestions?

Line frequency, out of tolerance This detected fault can be configured in PrO menu
Under voltage or no voltage • Check UIn, USd and USt parameters in PrO menu

What softstarter do you use?
