| Can any experts help me on installation of Complicity version 8.1 as I keep getting error that i need to uninstall the previous version but I had tried unsuccessful to uninstall the previous version. Can any experts help to advise on how can I unstall the older version? |

Could you reinstall the Operating System??
I believe this is the best solution......... |

I'm using win XP with service pack 3. I've tried many times but still unable to uninstall. Hope you can help. Thanks
