Saludos desde Venezuela, presento problemas con un PLC TWIDO TWDLCAA24DRF. dicho aparato se emplea en un puente grua que sumerge piezas de aluminio en tinas de químicos diferentes con sus respectivos enjuagues.

Hace poco dejo de hacer la rutina natural y solo hace inmersión en la primera tina y de allí se tranca el ciclo, faltando 6 tinas mas por pasar.

Nota: No conozco mucho de PLC pero si alguien supiera orientarme en cuanto a donde ubicar la falla se los agradecería.

Anexo vídeos y fotos de la maquinaria y el PLC funcionando..

Greetings from Venezuela, I present problems with a PLC TWIDO TWDLCAA24DRF. this apparatus is used in a bridge crane that immerses aluminum pieces in tubs of different chemical with their respective rinsings.

I recently stopped doing the natural routine and only immersion in the first tub and from there the cycle is closed, with 6 more tubs left to go.

Note: I do not know much about PLC but if someone knew how to find the fault, I would appreciate it.

Attach videos and photos of the machine and the PLC running ..
