I trying to connect a Twido PLC to kepserver on PC. All thing seem Ok. But I had a broblem.
When Kepserver read one word from Twido, all thing are OK
When Kepserver read more one word from Twido, it begin make a lag. good...bad...and...good...
And when keepserver read more 4 word from Twido, it cannot read any thing. "not response" or "bad block address" or" out of service"...
I using RS 485--> RS 232--> USB to connect from Twido to PC. Communication config on Twido is Modbus.
Can any one help me?

read something about here:
http://www.control.com/thread/1026227774

http://www.kepware.cn/KEP_KB/?solution=/_ui/selfservice/pkb/PublicKnowledgeSolution/d?&id=50140000000HavqCsY

and because Twido has a limitation in the size of the modbus communication packet you must be sure that your OPC server is not trying to use a big communication packet...Try to change the settings and to limit the communication packet.... Kepserver OPC has this resource.....

Thanks for all your helps. I was found idea to solve my broblem. By creating more devices on kep server, I can read more words from twido ( One device read 2 words). This action can help me to finish my project. But I still don't understand why I cannot read more 2 words on one device, while it can be take more.

this was any good for you...

Code:
Support for Twido PLCs

Our Modbus Ethernet driver can communicate to Twido PLCs that have built-in Ethernet, such as the TWDLCAE40DRF, or to a TwidoPort Ethernet-to-serial gateway.

If your Twido PLC doesn't have Ethernet, our Modbus Serial driver can communicate to the Modbus serial port of the PLC.

To be able to enter memory addresses into our driver without having to add 1 to addresses that you get from the PLC programming software, uncheck (disable) Device Properties | Settings | "Use zero based addressing" in our driver.

With this selection unchecked:

1. To access memory Booleans such as %M0 or %M2, enter an address such as 000000 or 000002 into our driver. At least one leading zero is necessary. If you enter just 02, our driver will pad it to 000002, but 2 (without a leading zero) is invalid. Be especially careful not to start a memory-Boolean address with 1, 3, or 4, since these are prefixes for other memory types in our Modbus drivers. Use 01, 03, or 04 instead.

2. To access register %MW0, enter address 400000 into our driver and set the data type to Short to match the PLC's convention of storing signed whole numbers in 16-bit registers.

3. To access a floating-point variable such as %MF0 or %MF2, replace the %MF with a 4 (in this example, the whole address is 400000 or 400002) but change the data type to Float.

4. To access a double word such as %MD0 or %MD2, replace the %MD with a 4 (in this example, the whole address is 400000 or 400002) but change the data type to Long.

Instead of the programming software's %MW<word>:X<bit> notation to access a bit within a memory word, use a dot (.) to separate a word number from a bit number. Example: 400000.0

These PLCs do not make other register types (%I, %Q, %TM, etc.) directly accessible via Modbus. You can use logic in the PLC to transfer data between the %MW or %M, which can be accessed via Modbus, and those other memory types.
