I de-install and then install again but the same problem.
I have to de-install Startdrive for opening a project in TIA17.

It's probably like step7 v5.7.
Siemens has introduced a software integrity check function.
Check in the TIA settings you should find a check box to disable the software integrity check.

It seems something is wrong with the port of the Server
I did not find a Port that works..

There are two methods of opening the CFC editor:

Go to the Project view and open your project. In the project navigation window, click on "SIMOCODE → Charts →Chart_1" to open the CFC editor.

Alternatively, change to the "Portal view (lower left corner of the screen) → Control devices configuration → Chart_1".
