I have installed RT Professional now but when i enter Tia Portal i cannot find the web navigator even though i have it installed.
The thing is i would like to put 2 HTML pages on the secreen and connect 2 web cameras to simulate some type of camera survelance for my project.
I have wincc cam control but that does not work with webcams only with ip cameras.
Also it seems that for Step 7 Professional and WinCC Professional (max.) i only have 12 days left for trial. Is there a way to extend them?
Also ever since i have uninstalled WinCC RT Advanced when i am in my project i cannot start the simulation for my HMI panel anymore. I have WinCC RT Professional SP 1 but the simulation does not work. |

Put a picture with missing license keys from ALM. |

hello kreacher,
I saw strike told you something. It is very curious why you cannot activate because indeed it seems to be in trial.
Try to open Automation Licence Manager, go to missing licence keys, select with right click and update. Restart the computer.
Or go to folder where you installed and you'll see a folder AX NF ZZ.
Delete all and install again only the keys you saw in missing licences from ALM. Install on disk D: if you have. Restart again.
If it doesn't work then you have problems with your PC.
What OS do you use?
Regarding WebNavigator you cannot see WebConfigurator in your WinCC start options? |

Ok i have managed to install all the license keys after i deleted them all and installed them again.
But i still cannot do two things that i wanted to.
1. I cannot Start the simulation for my HMI panel. After i removed WinCC RT Advanced i cannot seem to simulate my HMI anymore.
2. I cannot find WinCC Web Navigator. The thing is i do not even know how it looks. I was used to wincc flex with the HTML Browser tool and i wanted something similar but i cannot install wincc flex and step 7 because of windows 8.1.
What should i look for? |

maybe what you need to do is to install WinCC V7.3 because winCC v13 is not a final product. Siemens updated from 2 to 2 monts that means it's in developments.
But probably you need some aditional software for IP Camera I suggest you to install PCS7 V8.1 on Win7 x86/x64. |
