Hi!
Have Strange problem Ur help is desperately needed pls.
I got this tutorial form youtube:

Fist I tried this with tia portal V12 but when I reached to the point to connect through PI/IE , I got no device found message.

I tried these setup with all network connections with same setup with Tia v13 but still can't connect to the device.
If some one can help even with team viewer I'll be very grateful .
I'm using windows 8.1 , connected to the net through wi-fi.
