I gave the links, I'm not cracker and i dont like the workshop, for my Modicon PLC's series 984 (GE) I use ProWORX. if the program is suite or not install always the simulador "Modsim105" and cr@ck it with "sos_modsim105sp1" the program works for me although I still do not know well how to use it.
