I just want to leave my experience, in case somebody finds it useful.
I've downloaded RSLogix v20.04.00 (CPR9 SR5) from the links above (Many thanks, kama!). It comes with FTA v3.51.00 and RSLinx v3.51.01 (CPR9 SR5.1)
I'm running it on a VMWare Virtual Machine running Win 7 32 Bits (I wasn't able to install it properly on Win 7 64 Bits), which is running under a Host system with Win 7 64Bits.
After trying quite a number of Activation methods, I came across the "Hard disk serial number" method (you can find it on the forum, a "mega" link containing "Activations.7z").
Here's the deal, according to the Instructions.txt, you have to:
1) copy the given files into the directory C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations
2) Use HardDiskSerialNumberChanger.exe to change the serial number of drive C: to FC97-57A1.
My problem was, the software HardDiskSerialNumberChanger.exe didn't work on my Virtual Machine (not even running it as administrator). So, here's what worked for me:
1) Copy the files. (It is NOT necessary to boot Windows in Safe Mode)
2) Download VolumeID (freeware).
3) Copy VolumeID to C: on my virtual machine.
4) Run CMD as Administrator (DO NOT type CMD in the command line, instead go to: Start-->All Programs--> Accesories--> Command Prompt (Right click, Run as Administrator)).
5) Type "cd.." until you reach "C:" directory.
6) Type: "volumeid C: FC97-57A1"
7) It should tell you the serial number has been changed. Restart and... Et voilá! RSLogix and RSLinx should be succesfully activated.
Best of luck with this, and many thanks to all who have uploaded the necessary files/explanations.

This is a Rockwell explanation
How do I open the correct version of RSLogix 5000/Logix Designer software
When you open an existing .ACD file the relevant version of RSLogix 5000 software will start. For example if the .ACD was written for v13 1756-L55 controller then v13 of the RSLogix 5000 software will open. If you then change the revision of the project to v15 then v13 software will close and v15 will start in its place in a seamless fashion.
If you are creating a file from scratch the software opens the appropriate version based on the firmware version of processor that you select in the New Controller dialog.
There is one more option to launch a special version of software. Go to:
C:\Program Files\Rockwell Software\RSLogix 5000\ENU\vxx\Bin
where xx is revision number and launch RS5000.exe.
Starting from version 21 and higher RSLogix 5000 software is called Logix Designer and it is part of Studio 5000. To launch version 21 or higher go to:
C:\Program Files\Rockwell Software\Studio 5000\Logix Designer\ENU\v2 x\Bin
This way we can verify which revision of RSLogix 5000 software is installed on the computer.

Use the "ControlFLASH" utility
First, back up your program, or print it out.
Launch ControlFLASH, select your processor and firmware versions.
Execute.
Re-enter the program

Open the v20.03 project in RSLogix 5000 v20.04.
Go to File-->Save As, and save the file type as an .L5K or .L5X file.
Open the exported project in a text editor, and make the following change.

CompatibilityMode="V20.03" in .L5X format
Changed minor revision numbers:
CompatibilityMode:=20.01 in .L5K format
