I would like to know which version of step7 program should I use on windows 64bit 7/8/10

you can install step7 5.5 on windows 7. TIA portal v.13 on windows 7 32bit, 8, 10.

On Win64 7810 you can install Step7 5.5 HF8 and all TIA V12, V13, v13SP1, V14.
