Go to http://www.7-zip.org/ and download free open source 7-Zip:
32-bit x86
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z920.exe
64-bit x64

Install the software then click with mouse right-click on the first file .001 -> 7-Zip->Extract... |
