Dear Lingvood,
1. What version of WinCC Flexible have you installed?
2. What version of Step7 environment do you use?
3.What Simatic Net Version have you installed
Eventually put a picture with your hardware config because it's not quite clear your configuration>
OK?

Try to avoid girlshare..use instead https://postimage.io/
So your configuration is:
SoftNet Re: SoftNet
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

Normally I suppose that..using ET200S you have to have a configuration like this in Simatic Manager and for controlling ET200S you have to have a master in your project:
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

In Netpro you have to have a configuration like this:
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

If you Click on Connections you can add a connection to the master PLC
where you gather all the tags from ET200S
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

Check here what Network software is available for IEGeneral
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

Having connection and tags in Master PLC you can visualize all tags.

Check Simatic Net 2010 in
http://plc.myforum.ro/simatic-net-all-vt290.html

What errorr you get?

Third Create hardware HMI station:

And next I compilate project with 8 connections:

Ok this is work (I know). I want to add one OPC server in configuration and get fault:

First of all...I did not see what version of SIMATIC NET have you installed.
Click Start->Programs->Siemens Automation->Simatic->Inst. Software
You have to have a version of SIMATIC NET
SoftNet Re: SoftNet

Then..when you add a OPC Connection this works as an OPC Client
On the right-down side of the picture you have to specify OPC Server and Computer Name meaning a partner...

SoftNet Re: SoftNet

That means you have to have another computer in your Network which act as Server and running OPC.Simatic,Net or...see the picture
IM151-8 PN/DP CPU (6ES7151-8AB01-0AB0) cannot act as a Server.

So install a Simatic Net if you did not already do that.
and what is the partner server for your connection???
What tags do you want to access with OPC Connections?

Can you try lucrate 9 or 10 connection, add it to Wincc and compilate project?

P.S. Opc this is example, if I change type to S300/S400 I get the same problem.

I asked a guru and told me that indeed internal softbus connections on WinCC Flexible is "built in" limited to 8 connections.
I do not find in documentation or any remarks about that limitation but the recommendations for integration of a WinCCFlex RT in a PC Station is tied with using a WinLC Controller.

SoftNet Re: SoftNet

So options are :
1-Use a WinLC software PLC controller integrated on PCStation integrated with WinCCFlex RT
2-Use a separate PLC to aggregate the others 8 distributed PLCs...or more... and connect PCStation with WinCCFlex RT to it

Yes thank you for link...
However on that topic it's about WinCC which is a little bit different.
Even with CP1623 WinCC Flex does not support more that 8 TCP/IP Conections.
As I understand you want to use WinCC Flexible and for Flexible max connections are 8.
Normally a I/O Controller above all ET200S is always necessary...at least on 99.9% applications I worked with.
