Install Simatic Net corresponding with the version of Step7 you are using and you'll get it

I'm first time to using SIEMENS NET software.
now, i had a problem is how to using SIEMENS SIMATIC NET through IE S7 TCP/IP Ethernet communicate with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC ?
