Hello! Please tell me why I have to Softlogix 5800 v21.00 is possible to add only three types of devices?

Hi residenttiy,
Could please help me with describing the activation procedure used to activate your softlogix v21 .. i couldn't activate it it always shows no activation message knowing that i followed all steps from the HEX edit to the factory talk activation license check.. the license is shown but it doesn't take effects..
i will be really grateful.. many thanks in advance
