This application example shows one way in which the Sinumerik Basic Program plus can be used for Sinumerik One.
When using the PLC Basic Program plus for SINUMERIK ONE, users obtain new options for structuring the software stil for the S7-1500F PLC integrated in SINUMERIK ONE. When compared to the previous PLC Basic Program, users can freely design the interface between the PLC and the NCK. By using the newly introduced data types referred to the NCK, parts of the interface can be located and used at different program locations. This creates a higher degree of freedom when structuring the PLC program. Further, when using the PLC Basic Program plus an option is now available to făcute the interface signals in an optimized memory area of the PLC.

This application example shows how the SINUMERIK Basic Program plus can be used based on the TIA Portal software units.
This version requires TIA Portal V19 including SINUMERIK Toolbox as well as CNC-SW 6.23 or newer.
