SINUMERIK Edge is a platform to run applications for data acquisition, pre-processing and analysis directly at the machine tool. The platform contains of a dedicated preinstalled hardware with the SINUMERIK Edge operating system, an AppSDK and Mindsphere applications to manage SINUMERIK Edge firmware and applications.
