Bonjour,
Cordialement. |

It looks like you are using the default password with Protection level 1 SUNRISE.
In this case when the passwords are entered as the defaults on system ramp-up in start-up mode you have to put NCK start-up switch in position 1.
Or maybe someone change the default password if NCK switch is in correct position?
Did you perform a NCK general RESET? |

dear,
I do all the reset NCK and PLC. I still have the tree leds (+5V,SF; and PR) ON.
With STEP7 i connecte PC and the only port i see is MPI= 1 and MPI=14
I disconnecte all the cable near the MPI port and try see THE NCU and PLC normaly (2 and 3) But i did'nt see nothing.
Can someone explain to me how i can resolve this problem. THE CCU card maybe have some swich for conguration or something like that.
Best regards. |

Even if your description is not quite to make the things clear I tried to do some remarks:
Let's take the above image as a general configuration of your machine:
1. Where do you connect the PG ..on OPI Network or on MPI of the PLC?
Normally default addresses are:
Defaults for OPI when works
Addresses 0 (MMC)
Addresses 14 (HT6)
Addresses 13 (NCK)
Address 0 is reserved for PG diagnostics if connected here
Address 13 is the default for servicing/commissioning.
This address can be reconfigured via an MMC input.
Reserved the address for NCU replacement if possible.
Set the PG to Offline before switching the unit or connect it to the MPI.
Defaults for MPI
Address 2 for PLC
Address 3 for NCU
2. As long as on PLC which is probably S7 315 (you do not specified)
you have the SF LED RED ON LIGHT that means there is some software problems on your PLC.
3. Reset the PLC in it's initial state:
Remember: This step is executed ony if you have the autentic program to load on PLC. So again, be careful to have the corect PLC program because after that you must rewrite it into the PLC with STEP7 or with a PLC backup.
PG is connected on MPI
1. Set PLC start-up switch S4 to position “3”.
2. Turn NCK start-up switch S3 to position "1"
3. Perform POWER ON and hardware RESET.
4. Turn to position “2” .
5. Turn to position “3” and hold in this position (for approx. 3 second) until the PS STOP LED lights up again..
6. Within 3 second, turn to the STOP-MRES-STOP (“2”–“3”–“2”) positions
7. Once the PS and PF LEDs are lit, turn the switch S4 to position “0”
Restart the PLC:
1. Turn PLC start-up switch S4 from position “2” (STOP mode) to position “1” or “0” (RUN mode).
2.Perform POWER ON and hardware RESET.
Then reload the original programs.
4. Regarding the MPI addresses you saw probably you have been connected on OPI network and you see MPI 14 (HT6) and the other I quite do not know.
Did you switch the unit OFF before put PG on OPI netwoerk?
5. Another problem could be cables. Did you check all cables connections?
6. Check the PLC programm with MPI cable connected and without MPI cable connected to NCU and see what happens with SF LED?
Hope i can help you.
If not, you have to put exactly a picture with your configuration because all above are supposed to...
NOTE:
When reffer to SF LED you are talking about PLC SF LED?
