Can someone make sense of this ? It should be the backup from a 810D... files seems to be binary with alot of files inside them (NCK.stu for example).
Does it require a special program to open them ?

I have Step7 5.4 on my PCU50.3 with 840Di SL. I think I need the toolbox (specifically for Di SL) is that correct ? It must contain the PLC hardware libraries for 840 Di SL etc...
Any tips ? |

Thank you for your answer. Mmm why toolbox, what is that? I think Ive installed toolbox already which is in tia portal V15. I would like to see program from manifacturer from Sinumerik 840Dsl. Ive downloaded this manual, maybe useful for someone:

SINUMERIK 840D sl STEP 7 Toolbox V16 option is installed?
what firmware and what simatic net installed?
The firmware version of the configured hardware and the real hardware must match. Otherwise it is possible that you configure version-dependent non-detectable properties in the TIA Portal that the real hardware does not support.
To replace the firmware version for a group (NCU with NX), the replacement on the NCU must be initiated. |

install tia 15.1 and toolbox 15.1 or v16 if you have.. |
