SINUMERIK 808D on PC - Training and programming
This documentation supports you step-by-step for the following tasks:
● Installing the training software from DVD
● Starting the program
● Selecting the machine tool
● Starting simulation

SINUMERIK 808D on PC is designed for basic and advanced training of the following target groups:
● First time users, users changing over from a different system
● Training managers, trainers, pupils, students
● Sales personnel for customer presentations
● CNC programmer for work preparation

Within a period of 60 days, you can request your free activation code for the unrestricted use of SINUMERIK 808D on PC V4.6
here: www.siemens.com/activate808donpc (in English only).
You can request the activation code after entering your Login on the website.
At present, SINUMERIK 808D on PC V4.6 is available in English and Chinese.

SINUMERIK 808D on PC V4.6 test version which familiarizies you with the software functions.
You can extend the validity period of 60 days after the first start by entering an activation code.
The test version is a full version.
The documentation is installed as well.
To start the download, click on "Download Trial Version SINUMERIK 808D on PC V4.6" at the end of the page.
After the download, unpack the ZIP and execute the setup.
After starting the installation, follow the instructions given by the Wizard.

Hello Dear, I found your topic, I Tode interested in the issue of the post-processor for turning rack sinumerik 808d, please tell me how you are writing a control program for this stand? you find a postprocessor for solidkam? or you use a different cam software?

Thank you very much, but I think that somewhere in the network to find love to get a working postprocessor for this rack with turning and do not have so much bother to write a new post-processor, thanks to all who responded, you showed me what to do

I am glad to talk, thank you for having responded to the writing control programs for my trehochevogo milling machine I use the POWER MILL, lathe literally arrived a few days ago and I'm looking for a post-processor for it, I want to write in SOLIDCAM

OK.
What you have to do is to install powermill or solidcam and develop the piece what you want to machine.
Then use the the postprocessor to develop G Code.
So finally you have to obtain the g Code for your piece with the software you use .
Then put G Code in your machine and make a test.
