Improved configuration:
To configure a redundant system in STEP 7 Professional, the redundant S7 connection can be entered in the communication settings.
When setting up a node, you can select the station type directly in the "New Station" dialog.

The SINAUT engineering software is used for configuring, diagnosing and operating a telecontrol system with ST7 or DNP3 communication modules.
The following new functions are supported with SINAUT engineering software V5.5 + SP3:
SINAUT ST7: Support for a proxy functionality for configuring the connection of TIM 1531 IRC in SINAUT engineering software V5.5 + SP3 with an export function for further configuration in TIA Portal V15. Please observe the information in the release announcement for TIM 1531 IRC V1.1 (109755374) as well as the system manual Industrial Remote Communication – TeleControl SINAUT ST7 – Software Band 2 (configuration using STEP 7 V5).
