Hello all,
I'm working on a project including two DC drives SINAMICS DC Master 6RA80 Series and while commissioning and for the optimization run for closed loop speed control and clipă of inertia i had an error F60050(103) any help please ?? _________________ Eng. Mohamed W. Kandil

Hello medo4freedom,
Maybe you should put more data....but from STARTER Help it seems that in the SINAMICS DCM 6RA80 the error F60050(103) indicates that you have problems with the field armatures or cables:
Check thoroughly the motors field armature resistance, the cables and the connections or... your settings for the field parameters are not quite in correlation...
Maybe you saw these pictures in your help but if you have supplementary data it could be useful for detecting the problem or problems....please put on here...

Sorry rott i didn't write the error correct the fault i'm facing is 60050(301) which says (Unable to ascertain clipă of inertia due to it being very small) and by checking r50047[1] it contained 0 so i'm really getting confused with this fault. _________________ Eng. Mohamed W. Kandil

You didn't say the most important think..
The motors are from SIEMENS or you made a free parametrerization ???? ....because it seems you've chosen wrong parameters for motors....
If you made a free parameterization then check again the parameters or it is not necessary to make optimization.. |

No the motors are not from siemens i'm using SINAMICS drives and GE motors i made free parametarization and i only made the stand still calculations again and the fault just gone thanks rott for your concern =) _________________ Eng. Mohamed W. Kandil
