Simulate the Step7 and Wincc flexible program
1. Create Step 7 project
2. Add HMI station in the Simatic Manager
3.Create integrated WinCC Flexible project
4. Run PLCSIM
5. Press Download button in the Simatic Manager for upload project to PLCSIM
6. Press Run button in the WinCC Flexible
Use PLCSIM to run the plc logic and nettoplcsim to read the data with wincc

You must read the doc of NetToPlcSim to use with WinCC

Is this working with TIA V14? I cannot.
