Copy Flexlm folder in the directory C: \ SIMSCI \ PROII90 \ Flexlm
Open with Notepad Ipassi.lic and in the first line: "SERVER home-deb8050e1b ANY" Replace "home-deb8050e1b" with "Computer Name".
Start lmtools.exe and do everything as in the screenshot
