PLC data types for the data structure of data records of the SIMOCODE and SIRIUS products

This FAQ provides UDT files describing the data structures of the data sets of SIRIUS and SIMOCODE devices. The detailed description of the data sets can be found in the device manuals.

The UDT files can be integrated as "external source files" in STEP7 (TIA Portal) independent of the version.

With "Generate blocks from source" the respective PLC data types are generated in the STEP7 project.

The PLC data types can be used by the user to generate PLC data blocks that are suitable for the acyclic reading of data records (RDREC block) for device diagnostics, measured values, statistics data and logbooks of the respective devices.

With the SIMOCODE pro V PN FDI package, you can fully parameterize, commission and diagnose the SIMOCODE pro V PN motor management system via PROFINET.
Software requirements
The host system must at least comply with the FDI standard V1.2. (See Readme)
What is new in V2.0?
Supports SIMOCODE pro V PN GP V2.1.
Supports SIMOCODE pro V PN V2.1.
Supports IUM/V2 - DRP Current/voltage measuring modules and Dry run protection teach-in wizard.
This Package is compatible with IEC 62769 - FDI package specification.
