How to start your Manual Collection:
- With Installation:
Run the file "setup.msi" and follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
Accept the license agreement. In the following window you will be able to specify the location for future online updates or accept the preset path.
Additional information on updates is available under Help following installation.
You can choose from two types of installation:
- Typical: An icon is created on your desktop and in the Start menu to start the application; the Java Runtime Environment will be installed to speed up the start. The data will not be copied to the hard drive.
- Custom: An icon is created on your desktop and in the Start menu to start the application; the Java Runtime Environment is installed by default to speed up the start. Go to "File" to select the languages you would like to install.
The selected installation package will be copied to the preset path C:\Program Files\SIEMENS AG\ManualCollection\Collection ID. You can change this path under "Locations".
- Without Installation:
- Listing of documents with all functions:
Run the START_FROM_DVD.cmd file. Java-Runtime-Environment will be started.
All functions of the DVD will be available.
- Listing of documents without additional functions:
Run the LIST_DOCUMENTS_ONLY.cmd file. Select the required language. All documents will be listed without starting Java-Runtime-Environment. No other functions are available, such as search options.
Uninstalling:
You can uninstall the application via your Control Panel > Uninstall Software or you can run the setup.msi again and following the uninstall routine.
Additional comments:
To be able to display the PDF documents in this browser, you must make the following settings in Adobe Reader:
- Select Edit > Preferences
- Click "Internet" in the window on the left.
- Select the "Display PDF in browser" check box.
You can install the DVD on a network drive. You will have to inform users of the path to the file "start.cmd" to start the application. Each user must făurite the link to this file manually.

Try to make the following steps:
1. In the image below you have multiple servers for download..
2. Choose the first server 'dcupload.com' and click..the rest is in English...
3. Choose another file and you'll get the image from the step1 but try the second server 'fastupload.ro' and ... the rest is in English..
4. Choose another file and you'll get the image from the step1 but try the third server 'zippyshare.com'...
5.Choose another file and you'll get the image from the step1 but try the fourth server 'fileshare.ro'... the rest is in English..
and so on....
Advantages:
1. You can upload anonymously for free any file with 400MB maximum
no matter how many files and the storage is free unlimited time...
2. You can download anonymously from multiple servers with no limitations...
Disadvantages
1. There are a lot of pop-ups.....
2. Some servers have an inadequate content...(maybe adult)..but that's it.... |
