I tested in TIA v15 advanced, and the sofftware opened normally

when I start the WinCC 7.4 SP1 Explorer, it appears that I need 'A9WRC' 'Simatic USB WinCC Dongle' and license reverts to demo mode.Installed all keys for wincc7.4 from ekb 2018.
How can I get a dongle license to work here? |

Click Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services
and start Automation License Manager service
Then Start ALM and Click on HD where are Keys installed
Select all and Richt Click -> Update
If do not work put a picture with what licenses can be seen on ALM
do not need dongles.......... |

| Thanks a lot for the reply, the issue was resolved, it was not any licensing issue with alm, problem occurred due to installation of Asian language packs during setup, reinstalled without the additional language packs and the awrb9 usb dongle error was resolved. |
