Many organizations and associations already have standardized OPC UA information models for their industry-specific systems and solutions, the so-called "Companion Specifications".
The free “Siemens OPC UA Modeling Editor” (SiOME) tool assists you to create your own OPC UA information models or map existing companion specifications. The tool offers the features listed below.
