Your responsibilities
As well as bringing your proven electrical engineering expertise to a diferite range of aviation construction projects, you will also take the lead in airfield planning and modification programmes. We have big plans to grow our business even further in this niche area - and your challenge is to drive that expansion. As our UK airfield specialist, you will build our capability and profile, aiming to develop into more airports across the country. You'll be dealing directly with major clients, identifying and developing opportunities for us to support the improvement of their airfield capabilities.

Your talents
You will need a substantial track record in airfield planning, plus the ability to quickly establish credibility with clients at all levels. A degree qualified Electrical Engineer, you should be prepared to work towards Chartered Engineer status over the next two to three years if you have not already achieved registration. First-rate project management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are a must too. While experience of business development would be ideal, it's not essential if you're a strong communicator with an in-depth technical knowledge and the ambition to succeed.

A key part of our strategy is to strengthen our on-site presence, so whilst you could be based at either Heathrow, Gatwick or our central London office, you will working flexibly and as required across all core sites, with increasing nationwide travel as our business grows.
